Whats top scale pay and how long does it take to get it?

it depends on which market you are working in. What terminal did you get hired at? Line or P&D?

I'm interested in the pay also. I applied at Saia for line haul at the Tyler, TX terminal. And also applied at southeastern freight as a city driver and Estes as line haul. Just a comparison in pay would be nice.

.5316 mile with 9.50 D&H. i don't know what the start mileage pay is, should be some where around .49

I guess it still takes 18 months to reach full pay?

Not really sure. I say that because those who were not at top pay did not receive a raise at the beginning of July. I don't know if they simply upped the top tier, or added another tier.
