Then why don't you leave stoney? There's a mexican truck waiting just for you...so they can have you speak to the world about how great they are. because you are like so many lowlife's that do as you do...Your idols included......they hate when people can do as exactlly as they do....They capitalize by keeping others from doing what they do. they want no 'little people' benefitting from tax dollars..Whilst they make their riches off of government contracts...Just as you make that union check and bennies and a lobby group fighting for them...you want no others to have it. It makes you feel 'above' them I geuss.

If Conway would pay the same at all sevice centers and plus pay time and half after 8hr and get some dam dock workers so the drivers dont have to work some dam long on the dock after sweating thier asses off all day or all night they may avoid the union! the southern states get time and half after 50hrs! that is so ****ty! But out west and up north they pay time and half after 8hrs! and get paid more per hr! They still treat this company like its still ccx or cse or cwx this is so old! Come on conway catch up with the times! We have not had a raise since 2007! and the top out time is bull****! and the starting pay is ****ty! You have student drivers comeing out of conways school makeing the same as a man that started with conway but has 18 year in the ltl industry! And they are hitting **** backing into things accidents left and right! But they still start them out at the same ass someone with 18yrs in ltl that just started with conway! No pention! Conway better change this **** up or it will go union! I for one will be waiting to sign my union card! And all the new trucks they will be getting the southern state wont see any of that we will get all the **** that is totaly worn out no a/c! but terminal managers ride around in nice new ****! Would the like to ride around in a 1999 or 2000 ford tarus with no a/c! No i dont think they would but its ok for us to hump this freight in a hot ass truck in 100 plus heat with engine heat comeing up from the floorboard also! They dont give to ***** about it! The union would be a blessing! If im gonna work like this all the time i want to get time and halfl after 8hrs not 50hrs! Dont know how they get away with it! But it will come to an end soon!!!!!!!!!! They pay these ceo million dollar salarys. Come on that is crazy! give that money to the ones that are realy out there doing the job and getting the freight on and off the trucks and getting it down the road! while you big shots can eat your lobster and wine and travel around in style! Hell if i made million a year i would try and act like im doing something! Ha Ha good things never last just remember that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slavenomore must be living in a union utopia where things get fixed ASAP. I don't have a dog in this hunt. I've been working as a line driver for a non union LTL for over a decade. I don't have any complaints, but I don't work for Conway so I haven't walked in their shoes. In Slavenomore's world, apparently the union works hunky dory fine. But not all union situations are in his world. Go read the anguish on the YRC thread. they must be living in another universe. Some on this thread are worried that Conway would lay off due to the increse cost of going union, some say Conway would not cut their own throat by cutting people and possibly losing customers. No one knows until the bill comes due. A few things are for certain and they are that the union will demand that the company pay x-amount into the Pension funds and provide company health coverage free to the employees. That is what I have read or I think that I have read on the earlier posts on this thread. If I am wrong, set me straight. The math works out to millions of dollars coming off of Conway's bottom line every year. Can the company afford it, who knows? Like Pelosi said," we have to pass it before we know what's in it". Good Luck unless of course you live in Slavenomore's hunky dory fine union neighborhood in which case you won't need luck.

He doesn't have to..He's awarded the right to his opinions because he's a union worker...Right..Or wrong...But all jokes aside, I think it's to make your life unbearable....
