    From past experience in watching the union elections, the Northeast and Midwestern states elect the President...If there is a "no change is needed" mindset,then there won't be...Those guys and gals are the ones you need to convince to vote different this time...If not, then you guys will have the same 'ol, same 'ol....And believe me,it WILL hurt your chances for membership expansion...IMO...

    Employers should not tell anybody who to vote for and the union should not tell anyboy who to vote for. I cant understand for the life of me why Hoffa wants to try to convince any person to vote for democrats.

    While Democrats don't go out opf the way to help Unions they typically don't try to hurt them,..

    Meanwhile the Republicans would beat the working man and chain him up if they could,......
