    I am intrigued by the movement to ban owner operators from the ports in favor of an employee work force. Having passed the first hurtle this is good news. These days I'll take all the good news I can find.

    Yep..Almost went to work for Southern Pacific,back in the late 70's...

    I think I am too young for that memory. But now that you mention it I do remember a Pennsylvania Truck Line that was probably part of the Pennsylvania RR.
