What is really MISSING – is the “MOVEMENT” from these popular protests – its time to pull WN heads out of their collective ass’s, and JOIN IN the attack on Judeo-Capitalism. What do you suggest? Solidarity with “Occupy Wall Street”

This movement, also known as the “99% movement,” is being hailed across the country. Movements and organizations are reaching out in solidarity. The AFL-CIO is opening union halls and offering other material assistance. Ordinary people are donating food, money and materials.

In many areas, the “Occupy Movement” is linking up with the National American Wants to Work Week of Actions, Oct. 10-16.

No doubt the “Arab Spring” demonstrations and those that exploded in Wisconsin, Ohio and elsewhere have inspired it. But underlying it all is the economic crisis, the massive unemployment and growing realization that nothing is getting better, and in fact we may be slipping into a “double dip” crisis. The crushing student debt and the feeling of being locked out of society with no future compound this.

The movement is the newest wrinkle in the all-people’s upsurge against the banks and corporations and reflects a new level of class-consciousness.

While there is a wide range of political and ideological trends, there is a consensus against corporate greed, getting money out of politics, taxing the rich and putting people before profits.

A big challenge for the CPUSA and left, progressive movements is to link these demonstrations with the labor led all-people’s coalition and help deepen understanding that the path to progress must be through electoral and political action including defeating Republican Tea Party reaction in 2012.

Keep the protests going

Seriously … the Republicans couldn’t ask for a better group of campaigners against Barack Obama than the various “occupy” protests going as long as possible. The ObamaMedia is trying to promote the protests with commentary on how the nation is starting to embrace the causes represented by the protesters. Really? Let’s see – just what parts of the Occupier’s agenda is resonating?

• Are Americans rallying around the idea of a $20 minimum wage?
• How about the Occupier’s demand for a guaranteed annual living wage income for every American whether or not they’re working.
• Perhaps this one .. maybe this is what is resonating with America. Open borders so all people can live and work wherever they want to.
• If not the “open borders” thing .. maybe it’s the “free college education” that is bringing America to the Occupier’s doorsteps.
• Oh .. I know! It’s the “forgiveness of all debt on the entire planet period” demand.
The point here is, for the most part these occupiers are idealistic brats who have really never had to stand on their own at any time in their lives.

‘Occupy Boston’ Ruins Food Bank Fundraiser, Conservatives Step in With $3,700 Fund Drive

The Greater Boston Food Bank intended to have a fundraising event in Boston’s Dewey Square over the weekend of the 14th of October. It was to be called the “Greenway Mobile Food Fest” and was supposed to help raise funds to feed the poor and needy. But due to the tantrums being thrown by the Occupy Boston protestors the event had to be canceled.



Despite the selfishness of these pointless, clueless protesters, though, conservative bloggers stepped in and raised over $3,000 for the food bank. An important question is, where is the media on this story? Isn’t this a perfect sort of human-interest story that media types usually love?

More Anti-Semitism at Occupy Los Angeles

you will find some photographs and a video taken at the Occupy Los Angeles encampment which reveal how there is a growing encroachment of anti-Semitic “Jewish bankers” conspiracy theories becoming more and more evident at these events. Obviously not everyone at the “Occupy” protests is an anti-Semite, but the fact that these statements and views fit so neatly into the whole anti-banker milieu, and often go completely unchallenged by fellow protesters, should give everyone cause for concern about where this whole movement is heading.

The first four pictures show the signs close up. The second four pictures show the same signs in context as they appeared at the Occupy Los Angeles protest, to prove beyond any doubt that these are authentic. Below them is a video of an Occupy Los Angeles speaker spinning more conspiracy theories.
