    Imagine that

Obama raising with Missouri stimulus beneficiary

President Barack Obama will raise money in early October with a Missouri businessman whose company benefited from a $107 million federal tax credit to develop a wind power facility in his state.

Tom Carnahan, a scion of Missouri’s most prominent Democratic political family, is listed on Obama’s campaign website as a host of a $25,000-per-person fundraiser to be held in St. Louis on October 4.

His energy development firm, Wind Capital Group, was helped by a sizable credit authorized in the stimulus, for an energy project in northwest Missouri.

The left love to claim roads, fire and police as to why we are a socialistic society.
Roads are covered under the interstate commerce clause.
Police and fire are usually local institutions (unless the Fed usurp power like in Texas)
If you look beyond the self adhering postage stamp, pretty much all innovation (except for the intercontinental rail road) was brought forth by the private sector.

I guess you prefer to just wait for the private sector to get things going again.
That is one philosophy of economics, eventually things should pick up by themselves yes.
Maybe in 20 -30 years or maybe much longer, more likely when we start building cheap stuff to sell over in China's stores
I must confess that I haven't got your patience.

I read it and don't see where Morgan Freeman said anything like that.
Maybe your friend Noel said that in his commentary

More trying to blur all the lines and information is what Tea Baggers do
You people can't get ahead when only truth is told, you have to twist everything and serve it up to people who never check what you say just swallow it all.
I find Freemans' interview very interesting

American rugged individualism they call it.
But you don't operate in a vacuum your dependent on things and services other people pitched in to put there.
When you really think about that stupid saying you see its impossible to pull yourself up by your own bootstraps , it doesn't work try it.

I started my company with $50, an old chev wagon, hand made buisness cards, and a borrowed ladder...... Finished with 96 sub contractors, and the ability to get taxed several times..on the same dollor earned....F-it....I'm out.

In 20yrs i saw to many changes "against" the small buisness sector.....Yes, "I tied my own F-ing boot's"...didn't borrow any money, at any time. Anything else is slavery.... I am the Man....Legend.... one of a kind, modest M-er F-er.

So the reast of the ones that didn't pay "to chip in",what about them....People that have never paid taxes..We never hear you blaming them,do we...You need to take a long vacation from problem solving Magoo..You're really not good at it....And people get rather tired of hearing "It's all your fault",and you take none of the blame...Sounds kinda like Ceasar...But we all know what happened there, don't we...
Hillary(on the Benghazi attacks): "What difference does it make"... YOU, make no difference to us, but for those families of the dead, you could have made a big difference.....
