I must need to read better? The article as I read didn't mention capitalism, corporate greed or that conservatives owned the company? Appears they tried to save the nursing homes money because of understaffing from 98-2006 (Cllinton era/ Bush Era/ Newt-run Budget Cuts). Then the current DOJ that hates Business/ Any Business nailed them for mis-labeling 6 years ago. ObamaCare fixes this by killing off the Oldsters...
