Authorities in upstate New York are investigating whether a man alleged to have inappropriately touched two young girls yesterday is behind a wave of foot-licking incidents in the area. The suspect, 49-year-old Anthony Parri, is being held without bail after having allegedly fondled two young girls’ feet at a local library. His explanation for what happened? It’s a set up. By the government. Including the President. The child’s mother and a library employee both witnessed the incident, which took place in the children’s section of the library. The second incident was reported later on the day, after the child had left the library. Parri was eventually arraigned on charges of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

But he has a specific explanation for it all:

“Listen, I am being set up by the President Barack Obama and the city and the federal government.”.................
