You're assuming that this mega coo is going to happen in its entirity at yrc.I know the banks and us members aren't too happy with all this wishy washy rhetoric from the company.
No matter how many trucks or freight anyone has.if it can't be managed properly or the computer system is antiquated.you're stuck.yep..da man says we are going back to doing what we do best.well..mr da man.we once did what we did best.that was with different mgmt and modern computer software.looks good on paper though

For the record.....this COO was approved by the investors and banks BEFORE it was submitted to the IBT....just for the record....KK

Again I will reiterate.if you don't have the correct people in management and you still have antiquated computer systems.you're wasting your money.its not rocket science.I think there should be some changes made.but this coo doesn't address the core problems in the system

Do you have a in with the bankers ? Do you know some of the new investors personal ?

When the Company met with our Local, I ALSO questioned the costs in moving all of these employees under the FTW and Pool concept...we were told that this plan was APPROVED, along with the costs by the BOD and the investors....can't be any more direct than that I suppose.....KK

As a shareholder/investor myself, I can assure you that I was never asked to approve the plan. Just saying.
