    Something is very wrong.our competitor actually superior company ABF is showing profits.no name changes.no merger.no brokering companies.plus no concessions.and yrc can't turn a dimes profit.

    Again I will reiterate.if you don't have the correct people in management and you still have antiquated computer systems.you're wasting your money.its not rocket science.I think there should be some changes made.but this coo doesn't address the core problems in the system

    I don't know where you got your info on the investors saying yes.they are saying the same thing they have said before.work with what you have.I agree with them.

    When the Company met with our Local, I ALSO questioned the costs in moving all of these employees under the FTW and Pool concept...we were told that this plan was APPROVED, along with the costs by the BOD and the investors....can't be any more direct than that I suppose.....KK

    As a shareholder/investor myself, I can assure you that I was never asked to approve the plan. Just saying.
