I was Driving east on I 80 in Mokena east of LaGrange road and I noticed a sign that said Mokena LLC ATM machine agents and officers only. I also do not like what Pat said at the Union meeting about his meeting with that yrc labor guy , what I was told if it wasn't for one or two Stewards it the meeting would have never happen, after they confronted this YRC guy Pat ed, and 309 labor guy came running over , can anyone confirm this, was it the Stewards who got the 29.3 back or 710

33 days and counting until the next Union meeting April 29, 2012 @ 11:00 and I for one am going to get my questions ready.

    1. how did we go from - 240 thousand for the year at the beginning of 01/01/12, Pat gave a not so true financial report for the year. He said we made some money we lost some money, and started the year at -$ 240 thousand. That was a disappointed because he needed to add that 500 thousand loan which we received some how from the LLC that we own, Jim runs it, or we were so bad at negotiation of a lease that it puts us in dept of - $ 3 quarters of a million not - $240 thousand, oh by they way, did any one notice that we paid 2010 rent in June of 2011, of $58,500, we need to add that on top of all the rest of the stuff he didn't add in. bottom line is if you would like to find the money taken look at Pat 2010 $410,500, Pat 2011 $ 435,500 for everyone that is not a head cashier, that would equal for two years less expense car, food, travel, drinks and teamster pins of $24,500, that would equal $845,000, Sunday he announced that he and Mike and Jerry would be taking a pay cut. Take a look at Jerry and all the rest of the agents remember last year Pat said the agents haven't had a raise in years so , 01/01/12 he also issued %4 raise across the board whiles reporting a loss of the year. Jerry 5000 thousand less than last year, he is a officer they must not like him and that is with a %4 raise something smells, every agent is around 10 thousand than less than last year.

PS hanalad our local payed one person $845,000,

all i can say is there was one person moving ftw who wanted his 29.3 back and it was brought up in kc in coo so that may have been the reason it got settled, ask one of the stewards to confirm i think, but i never saw a decsion on that in rulings
