I would say that that is an accurate non-biased article. Including the part where Zollar's $12.3 Million seems excessive given his performance and that all pensions will be drastically cut, including those who already have accrued benefits.

TWO IMPORTANT POINTS TO TAKE NOTE OF IN THIS REPORT...
Welch gets a $250,000. bonus if he can prove he has improved morale...The article references his "morale improvement"

Welch was a director at Road Runner Trans. ( I am not sure if he still is) REFERENCED IN THE ARTICLE AS OUR COMPETION ..

Definitely going to be difilcult to raise the morale level.ecspecially when they are adding more sleeper teams and cutting single men bid runs.ouch

I remember road runner was used by us some years back as some group of cowboy independents who helped us deliver a big nation wide roll out for this customer when the shipper fell behind getting the product out. Talk about time critical shipments they got it there but don't know if they were legal.

Morale booster lets just say they get this thing called YRC Freight pointed in the right direction and act like the leader/tip of the spear in the LTL industry like they want to be.

Plus bring back our side of the dime we put out to help during the "Dark Days of Zollarism" and his madness.
