Try using the phone. I don't think the website has ever been updated, let alone monitored.
Just to let local 135 members know how well your organizers are doing their jobs. Long story short they aren't. There have been a few people who have emailed the organizers through their website because we can't find a phone number for them. Nobody has bothered to email back or give a phone call. I emailed through the Teamster website an got nothing. I guess the organizing FedEx was just talk. Not trying to bash or start anything but when we reach out and get nothing back it makes it hard to try and get people to be willing to stand and fight.

True maybe some of our organizers are not up to date on technology.
Back when i was a mechanic i called the teamsters got a hold of a local and spoke with a guy face to face in 2 days . Set up a meating at a freinds house 2 days later to sit and talk. Saddly sometechs backed out and it didnt happen i moved on to a union dealer later. Try giving some one a call, one thing the union rep said is they can get alot of calls but end up not going much further. Let them know ur serious and have people interested.
He said he cant find a number for them.
Hillbilly, I have PM'd the number to you. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Also know that it helps if they know who you are, even if you already are a member. If it matters to you, show it by going there in person, call ahead to see if someone will be there when you get there.
Bad thing is I even sent an email through the Teamster main web page. It stated they would give it to the correct local. You would think in this day and Internet age they would keep up to date info on their web page.
