I have recently heard that some guy's are writing this off on their taxes in New Jersey and Carlisle.

Ask around and see if you can find out what they write this off as.

I would like to amend my return's to include this deduction.

And before you say it can't be done,just remember that post about the illegal worker's I posted,if you can get away with it,more power to you.

I am not a tax expert, but how can you write off the giveback when it is deducted pre-tax? Answer: You cannot!

From what I understand, we are taxed on our gross, before the -15%.

I am not looking to find out if you think it's ethical or legal.

When it come's to the IRS and the goverment,I personally have no problem trying to screw them with a loophole,hey the super rich do it every year.

And yes,it's only a problem if they audit you,but they are short staffed and it is probably in your favor.

Anyway just ask around.
