I saw a friend of mine on a new white YRC frieght tractor pulling an old 48 lift gate. When we made eye contact I could tell he was proud of that white truck. Like telling me we are going to make it.....started to think about the years past when we worked together. At least he has half new equipment...I can feel that they are coming back around. We are all in the same business trying to put food on our tables....and provide for our families. It made me feel good even though I now work with a competitor. You go YRC....my heart is still there but I had to move on. My wife and not to mention my grand kids love my new hours...Your friend from fed ex frieght....

Preciate that "da goat".Now if only some of that pride will
trickel down to my EOL, to end this 3.5yr lay-off for myself.

Sad that there are so many who want to be here and can't be due to low seniority. And there are some who hate YRCF yet they stay! To ALL those who want to return we want you back! I say keep putting up the good fight Albag.I'm no expert,I feel this is
the real deal under Welch's watch.Maybe next year all members will be
back system wide.

They are hiring in the Chicago area, I've even seen a guy that left come back and talked to a guy that was laid off 5 years ago. I hope we can get back to where we all were in 08.
