As for me, I have been on both side of tracks so-to-speak, UNION vs. NON-UNION . I think I have earned the right to speak out unlike some guys who has never worked for a UNION Co. and only know what they have heard and of course been brained washed. If anything ever happens to the UNION, all non union and UNION workers will be working for 8 maybe if lucky 9 dollars an hr. Most non union workers really truly believe that they get paid for what they are worth lol When in reality they get paid what they make to brain wash them into keeping the union out. I worked for a co. after CF closed and they told me HEY! we pay over time after 55 or 60 hrs I rolled on floor, and I didn't realize that most of the non-union LTL carriers are the same way. I fully can understand why a person would not want a UNION job. They like working 50 plus hrs and not getting paid, they like paying for there own ins. they like paying for there own retirementl so my statement is this, It really is a NO BRAINER.
