I have to disagree Puff, I work at FXFE and have also worked at unionized co's, there are just as many lazy people at nons as there are at unionized carriers, if you slack just because joe blow does what does that say about your character?

I'm not a finamce guy so I really don't know, what about those already drawing off the pension, are they guaranteed a set payout or would they get cut if the plan were to lose money?
