I have to disagree Puff, I work at FXFE and have also worked at unionized co's, there are just as many lazy people at nons as there are at unionized carriers, if you slack just because joe blow does what does that say about your character?

What would happen if they were not able to get more recruits?
Would they bankrupt the pension or would they just get less at retirement?
I'm not a finamce guy so I really don't know, what about those already drawing off the pension, are they guaranteed a set payout or would they get cut if the plan were to lose money?
