Alvan is at a 10% giveback I believe, at least that was the number in 2000, but that giveback has made alvan a stronger company, they have alot of new equipment running down the highway, and I never heard any alvan drivers complaining! You have to keep in mind Alvan is a regional carrier, they need all the help they can get to compete with the big boys!
