Healthcare premiums and copays did not go up this year (because we now have a program that lets each employee choose a program that benefits them, this is saving us money on lost cost).. Healthcare cost are going to go up each year until the goverment steps in. I have researched many companies to see how our healthcare program compared to other companies in and out of our industry. FXFE's program is not the best, but very competitive, and for the most parts, better than most.
Sometimes we feel that our raises are not the greatest as well.. but, tell me when the last time was you did not get one.
Grass might be greener on the other side of the fence.... But, the cows still $h1t on that side too..
