I know that happens everywhere you go but i noticed with FedEx its especially acute.
Are you referring to FedEx National? Or Freight.. If it's National, your policies and procedures are still being written.. FXNL is still in the beginning stage and for whatever reasons have you so dis-gruntled, I challenge you to be patient and then make your mind up on what is so wrong.. As far as freight, our payscale is for the most part competitive with our competition. We are a Non-Union carrier and have different competitors in different regions..

Here in the South, those non-union competitors would be Con-Way, Southeastern, Averitt, R&L, OD and AAA.. I have worked for two of these, and can tell you that the benefits and job security here are better, as for the pay.. maybe a hair less.. but worth not having the headaches I had at the others.

As far as your bid being favoritism.. There are policies with Freight that the bid follows.. once you bid, if those policies are not met, you can file, If that policy was in fact not met.. you are rewarded.

From reading your post, I am still confused whether you worked for FXFE or WML..

I am not trying to bust your chops.. but I enjoy a good debate.. But the subjects of this debate are not clear to me, other than the fact that you feel underpaid!
