I don't dispute that we have many loopholes in our program. I am disgruntled when it comes to FedEx paying claims to the DR's office because it takes way to long. We can thank the Hypochondriacts of America for half of the problems that we have.

I will ask this though.. Before we go debating the Issue of "Will a Union help us with This".. have we spoke our peace?

I have seen threads on forums here that would spark the best conversations in HRO.. Many intelligent people with great beefs and ideas.. But, I have one question.. Are we bringing it to the attention to those that matter.. The head of Health Benefits at HRO might have perfect health and never go to the doctor. Sometimes our employees obtain a self emposed gag-order on themselves when it comes to speaking up. - If the throttle cable on a towmotor was hanging up day after day, would we speak up? I your slip seat driver repeatedly leaves your tractor a mess, would you speak up..

We find out who we need to talk to when it comes to these issues.. But, when it comes to the important issue like healthcare, pension, 401-k.. We will stand back put tape over our mouths.

Let it be known!

Thats the beauty of being Non-Union.. You can speak up for yourself, Stand up for yourself and not have to hide behind someone, and be silenced.

I have done it, called and bugged them many times over issues... You would be suprised how they really do not know how we feel.. because nobody in the field ever talks to them..
