It dosn't matter, from what i've seen at Vitran's dock, most of the p&d wouldn't sign a card anyway, to much going on, and i'm told it takes 25% to 30% of the people before the brotherhood would even listen.
If you guys are serious, in my opinion, you somehow need to get the company to split the the bid board and have one for "road" drivers and one for "P&D" dock. At least then you may have a chance to get the line drivers organized, other wise you just p!$$ing in the wind........
