I love being in a union and believe they are needed now more then ever. This article is from a pro-labor site and is geared toward improving the whole labor movement all together. Please do not feel threatened by suggestions to improve and/or by addressing problems that present itself for members in general. Once again, I love unions and am very supportive of them too. I may come across to critical at times on people in leadership positions and I am aware of that as well. Finally, I just know that there are alot of people in need in this country and bar is set very high for us all in the labor movement. What was your view on the article.... you never said? Peace
