I DISAGREE WITH YOU daddy-000, there is a pattern being established after the court ruling favoring contractors/employees of the fedex corp. specifically ground that was held in the courts of california. they are beginning to to request representation nationwide. i work for express here in tx. and as of lately, there has become a major out-cry for teamster represntation covering express, ground and freight. FEDEX. EXEC. ARE FLYING ALL OVER THE COUNRTY TO VARIOUS HUBS, CENTERS AND RAMP FACILITIES TO FIND OUT WHAT THE CONCENSIOUS IS OR BARGAIN TO SEE WHAT THE EMPLOYEES WANT IN ORDER TO KEEP THE UNION OUT.
