i might (please read the word might) have a chance to be trained by and work for this company, i just want to know weather this is a good company to work for or is it another one of those you are just a number to us companys?

sure i can look at the website but that just tells me what they want me to know about them and nothing more. i really want to work for the company that will treat me well even if they do help me with some training as i really don't want to bounce around from job to job i would prefer to stay with the came company for many years.
