I've seen people talking about conway and a union. What could a union do for conway? They can't change the process (make them hire full time dock workers), the payscale is up there with almost all LTL carriers. The one thing I don't know about is benefits. Do we have comparable benefits, compared to union companies?

I am just trying to understand if having a union would actually make things better or worse at conway? With all the things that took place in the last few years, if it was going to happen, it would have. That's my 2 cents on it. If we did become unionized, would the whole company happen at once or terminal by terminal?
