The truck I often drive that belongs to OD uses at least 2 gallons of oil every 2500 miles or one week. I have found it 5 gallons low when I took a vacation for 1 week. it does not seem to be leaking any in the engine compartment. Some one told me it might have to do with a drip line but the mechanics told me thats not it and they would look at it. They never fixed it. It has the regular OD cat engine in it and has been this way since it was delivered from the factory. Has over 350,000 miles on it now. Whats the deal is it that secret formula OD puts in the computer that they think works wonders and makes it extremely underpowered on hills. What do I need to tell the shop in the language they will understand to get this fixed. Its wasting lots of oil. Others I drove have done the same thing.
