Let's start brainstorming and coming up with some suggestions for the next Contract. Negotiations to be started in the near future!
I'll start with a partial list. (These are some ideas already suggested throughout this website.)

1) Eliminate the 75,80, 90, 100% new hire clause. Maybe suggest something more reasonable.

2) Allow the Companies to hire Casual Seasonal Drivers to prevent over hiring!
Actual numbers to be worked out between each domicile and its Local.

3) No member allowed to receive Pension unless or until Actually Retired from there Respective career field.

4) More uniformity for forms across the Country! (Examples; T-Cards, etc.)
