Fred Elks has died after a long battle with cancer.Fred was a U.S.Army Vietnam veteran.He ran local for ODFL,was a hard worker and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.He is survived by his wife,3 children,and 3 grandchildren.Rest in peace my friend.
