i don't think its his age requirement, but rather a "time pass" requirement. maybe by the time he reaches 35, those years would have passed.

but, "simple possession" would probably still make him "unemployable" to many companies.

if it were me (and thank god it ain't) and i was an employer, i wouldn't give him the time of day.........let alone hire him.......EVER.

i believe that once a "possession", always a "possession" is still possible. the money derived from any sale of drugs is too tempting to stay away from, once "bitten" by the "drug bug", never cured...........
