I recently asked a few recruiters about past injuries and the effect it would have on me landing a job with them. I was told to contact them once I finished my training and we would discuss it then. I didn't like the fact that they would not answer my question then. I have had my ACL replaced twice back in the early 90's and have since worked hard to get my knee back into shape. Although it will never be at 100%, I have it above 90%. Will I have a problem finding quality companies to hire me?
