1)How long do you have to file a grievance on monetary issues i.e. runarounds etc.I thought it was thirty days.2)If a guys has an a.b.a. bed bid and he can't make his last trip because he was held over to long at a foregin terminal can he file and collect on that missed trip?I think they should be entilteld the full round trip less any layover pay they recived correct?Thanks for your help brothers!
