Yes the Unions are great for us fedex Employees. I am glad we don't have to worry about the union but we reap most of the benefits of the union without the added dues used to support the local union, employees of the local and whatever else they use the dues for. I am not in favor of the socialist/communist business model the union represents. I do believe as employees we should be paid a fair and competitive rate. I don't think CEO's should have these golden parachutes and huge salaries the same as I don't think major league athletes need 100 billion a year to throw a ball. It is not up to me what either get paid. If I had a skill that wasn't easily obtainable by any tom dick or harry then I would demand more for my time than any tom dick or harry.
