All supplements are not the same so I'll explain what I get.

Pay rate is $22.18 with overtime after 8 hours per day. 8 hour guarantee everyday.

Vacations are the same as listed above by DS.

My employer pays $266.50 per week on my behalf for my H&W benefits. There is no cost to me other than copays for office visits which are $15.
Included in my H&W is vision care(free exam and glasses every year), dental care ($1800 per year max) and legal care. I am provided with a lawyer free of charge if I ever need one.

Pension- My employer pays $202.40 per week into a defined benefit pension fund for me.
At my current rate if I retire at age 57(I'll have 36 years of service at that age) I'll receive $4400 per month for a pension. I'm also a participant in the Teamsters 401K. There is no company match with the 401 but it is available to us.

I also get 5 sick and 2 personal days per year.
