I could never understand how anyone would work for a company that does not offer OT after 40 hours at least. That federal law needs CHANGED NOW!!!!! Driving a truck is no joke and should be better compensated! After 8 is better though. But Pitt Ohio must be doing something right because the terminal I see allot of drivers from keeps long term drivers. I work for conway and we pay more and have OT after 8 and we lose probably 50-75% more drivers than PITT OHIO does. Don't you guys get OT after 2 years or something? After that do you get OT after 8 or 50 or 50 or 60?
