enough is enough for me. we lost 5 paid days off, lost retirement, paying more for our insurance, trucks cut back to 62, and still nothing from us. i know our OLD FAT LAZY SENIOR CITIZEN DRIVERS dont want to rock the boat and just retire and sit at home on the pennies conway gives you (RETIREMENT WE DONT GET ANYMORE) and thats fine so SHUT UP when we the young and new drivers that have our future to look out for are talking about "THE U" word. at the rate MAYOR MCFAT A** is destroying our company we dont have alot of time to get someone to watch out for our interests. conway is a trucking company not a management company this our company and its up to us to protect our jobs and future at any cost. i think we can get enough cards signed to get this to happen without our ready to retire drivers. this is america we have the right to collective bargining no matter how much conway tells us we dont. remember if they close us they will be out of work to and there are a lot more trucking jobs than management.
