This is something that many of our co-workers have forgotten. No body gets paid until the freight gets delivered, Who delivers it, Who loads and unloads it, Who goes out in the worst of weather and takes it the next leg of its journey and who gets hammered when something out of our control goes wrong. Its someone called a DSR. We our the one who take care of the freight and fix it when some part timer who doesn't care does a piss poor loading job. Management knows this, That is why they keep us at each others throats. Divide and conquer. We play into it and thats why we lose. With out unity we will always lose and thats what they our betting on.
What would happen if one day know one came in? Would they call man power and say we need a few thousand doubles and haz-mat qualified drivers with dock experience at 500 centers by noon.
