When is enough finally enough? Let's debate this on a serious level. If someone is not for the union then please explain why you are concerned or the reason you are against. Someone is going too form a union soon and I honestly can't think of any reason we shouldn't?

They won't shut the company down if we go union and if so there will be plenty of jobs available! They have taken so much in the past few years do you really think we will ever get something back? With a union I think we would be a stronger company and keep employees longer. The turnover of employees is because of the working condition. If we get a union we can finally have a say in those working conditions. Remeber, Pension, Sick days, Long term full pay disability and now 62 MPH. Tell me why we shouldn't go union? The way I see it we have nothing too lose!!!!
