There are a few things I have found I like and a few I have questions on. Anyone else have anything positive they like?

1.We had some problems with people getting checks for 100% when they were at 75% and then the company coming back to take $100 a week out of their check for eternity even if they
notified them. In this contract it gives them 30 days to correct it or you keep the money. This is good.
2. There was another issue of them not paying you for a whole week's work and then charging you $40 or some crap to get a check. I think the wording in the new contract should put a stop to that which is good.
3. They are going to let you take loans on your 401k now, but where is the Roth 401k option? It says nothing about how this will be accomplished. If we can get the loans in the contract then why can't we get the Roth 401k option? Massmutual charges $50 to initiate a loan. Are we going to have to pay fees to take a loan? The word loan implies there will be some sort of interest, but do we get to keep that interest? Is the loan even managed through Massmutual or is it somehow through the HR department? I think a lot could be changed on this section.
4. In our southern region contract it mentions something about drivers getting $7.00 a trip when the linen contract runs out. Does this mean no more bedding?

Anyone else have something they like or have serious questions about?
