I am confused on how the vote count will work. I have heard that a ballot that is not returned will in some way end up helping the yes vote....I asked that question at our meeting & was told that it was not so. I was told that only the returned ballots would count. But I just talked to a friend from a different local & he was told just the opposite...........Does anyone know how it will work?
