Post Senate panel advances Va. abusive driver fee repeal
Legislation to repeal punitive fees on bad drivers cleared an important Senate obstacle Wednesday with unanimous support from the Finance Committee.The voice vote combined several measures to end the abusive driver fees into one and puts it on track for a Senate floor vote early next week.
