Im asking this respectfully - what personal gain will there be now for having a union in a trucking company? it seems like after reviewing preliminary results on the recent NMFA vote, these people are getting nothing more than a lower paycheck, weakened job security, and nothing additional for their future. Again, I ask this respectfully. Professional truckdrivers should not be asked to go backwards, they have a revenue value to the company. Particularly the city driver who bumps 15-20 docks a day as the image of the company to the customer.
