Post Pittsburgh firefighter's union offers opening talks a year early
Pittsburgh's firefighter's union is offering to launch contract negotiations a year early.The firefighters sent a letter to city officials on Feb. 15. The letter says the union will be preparing a list of demands and hopes to begin negotiations early.
