I was fueling my truck I seen a employee on the other side of tghe pump polishing the metal told him I was leaving.... I started my truck etc. checked my mirrors and left. After i pulled out I looked back in my mirrors and that man was laying on the ground on my side of the pump!

As it turned out he is ok, he was squatting down next to my tank and in my blind spot (right side) the step scratched his back.

My question is, no police was called but a company report was made at the gas station. Will this be reported to the DMV??
