Here's the situtation:
a union brother was told he could not bid ,because he is having trouble getting his hazmat endorsement renewed ,( something domestic in his backround pertaining to his exwife). New homeland security BS.

How is this possible ?... he was fine the last 8+ years

Yellow (the Company ) has allowed drivers that havent passed the physical to bid the dock...(combo/city barn) ...is this possible ? What article can I file under? any help appreciated
