I am just wondering because I am an experienced driver and I basically got treated like crap by them and I am trying to overcome all of their lies and B.S that they are trying to pull on me.
That's a good question, since I'm not a truck driver, that should be a question every truck driver asked themselves.

However, according to statistics, the turn over rate is hovering around 75 percent for new drivers.

Just to give you an idea, I was reading on another message board how one person was brought into a class of 200 people. By the time that person had reached the stage to go out with a trainer, that person had only 40 people in his class.

That's a serious problem that seems to be ignored in the trucking industry.
