I am not, nor will I ever have to face this problem, but I have a friend who is a driver, he took a lortab that was not his script, then he got pulled for a random. He refused to take it, knowing he would most likely test positive, he was released and by that, I mean terminated. Now my questions are, 1) Will his refusal to take the screen show up on his DAC report and, 2) Is a refusal to take one, worse, better or the same as a failure? Just would like to get some info on this.
