I live in that county.One reason he may have been missed is because the sheriffs are parking their cars so many minutes per hour and the police maybe doing the same to conserve gas and there has been talk of layoffs in the police department to cut back more.All because the cost of gas increasing and there's not enough money in the budget to cover it.This fall when they fill all those school buses up we're looking for many routes to be cut because of the cost to run them.This of course will be spreading across the U.S. at a time when crime is steadily going up.
