Kind of funny in a way if you ask me.
Our school district has always wanted kids picked up,and dropped off in front of their own houses for safety reasons.
Yet a lot of these kids get off their bus, then run down the side of the streets to their friends house.

Most of these changes don't bother the lids very much.
Its their folks who are doing all of the whinning.

Stupid,* insecure, spoiled parents whinning about stuff that keeps their fat,* lazy children from getting exercise.
I would laugh hysterically at these stupid, *insecure, spoiled parents because they'll alter their work schedules just to wait with their fat,* lazy children for a bus, AND do this as well each day when these parents could easily just drive their offspring to the skools, and sit in those ridiculous lines because they have to let their offspring out at the front steps.

I had a choice in Junior High: I could walk about a mile for a Bus ride to skool or just walk the 4 or so miles.
I usually chose to walk, Rain or Shine, to and fro because it was more fun and I liked the exercise.
That was in Pasadena, Calif., in the 60s.

*= not all.
