If I remember right, Yellow bought Jevic in 1999 for 200 million dollars. Sold it in 2002 for 40 million, and 12 million in future tax breaks. Boy was that a great business decision. I don't remember what Yellow paid for USF in 2005, but I know they have been running it into the ground ever since. Its unbeliveable how they took a highly profitable operation like Holland and destroyed it. Good job Zollars.If you noticed, they didn't touch New Penns operation and they are still making money hand over fist.
