My hubby put diesel #2 in a KW 660. It is suppose to only have ULSD. We tried a gallon of Lucas. The exhaust is getting hot and there are bells going off and engine lights are on. Is there anything else we can do to remedy this problem? I am afraid it has already done some damage. It quit after we put some ULSD in it with the Lucas, but started again after restarting the engine.. Now we have a light that shows what I think is hot exhaust. It has a thermometer and what looks like blowing smoke or vapors..Any help would be appreciated.
